Let’s face it: Not everyone is willing to undergo a surgical breast lift just to have perkier boobs. Since it is still an invasive procedure, it carries some risks that might not be negligible to everybody.
Here are 10 non-surgical breast lift alternatives that you can choose from:
A laser treatment is often recommended by doctors as an effective non-surgical way to enhance the appearance of the breasts. It makes use of high-power energy to stimulate the production of collagen in your breasts, hence rejuvenating the skin and making it appear more youthful.
However, take note that a laser treatment will only target the outer layers of your skin, meaning it cannot address the deeper tissue layers that affect the overall shape and firmness of your bust. It might not be an effective treatment for extremely sagging breasts.
Vampire Breast Lift
The Vampire Breast Lift may not involve surgery, but it does require some blood extraction. This patented procedure uses your body’s own blood cells to enhance your breasts and make them appear firmer and more youthful-looking.
In the Vampire Breast Lift, your doctor takes a blood sample from you and isolates the platelet-rich plasma or PRP. The PRP is then combined with a dermal filler like Restylane or Juvederm, and then the solution is injected into your breasts at varying depths to achieve a fuller and rounder look. The results of this procedure usually last for four to six months.
Caci bust treatment
The Caci bust treatment is a procedure that lifts, tones, and strengthens the muscles around the bust area. It also hydrates the skin in the said area, making it less wrinkly and a lot perkier.
Previously used to treat sports and muscle injuries, the Caci bust treatment makes use of a handheld device that releases electrical impulses that tone and strengthen the breast muscles. The treatment lasts for around 30 minutes, and doctors recommend doing it two to three times a week for five weeks to achieve best results.
Thermage is a non-surgical procedure that uses radio waves to tighten the collagen layers in the skin. This can help lift and firm sagging skin on the breasts, although the improvement is very mild and temporary.
The treatment makes use of the patented ThermaCool device that lightly touches the skin, delivering the radio waves deep beneath the skin and stimulating the creation of new collagen. It may cause the deep structures of the skin and underlying tissue to immediately tighten. Over time, new and remodeled collagen is produced to further tighten the skin and renew skin contours.

Also known as the breast feather lift, the Aptos procedure is a minimally invasive breast lift treatment that makes use of small barbed threads called Aptos threads. These threads are surrounded with tiny spikes and hooks that attach to organic tissues, hence pulling them upwards and securing them to your collarbone. The Aptos threads are implanted into the breast using a specially modified hypodermic needle.
The great thing about the Aptos procedure is that it does not leave any scar, unlike the traditional breast lift. It is normally performed under local anesthesia to minimize discomfort.
A wide variety of breast shaping systems are available in the market, all promising to increase the size of your bust after some time.
Among the most popular is the Brava Breast Enhancement System, which is worn under a sports bra. It claims to increase your breast size by a full cup at most if you wear it for 10 hours a day for at least 10 weeks. Gentle tension coming from the shaping system stimulates the breast tissue to grow, hence also translating to breast size. The results usually last up to two years.
Some doctors offer Botox as a way to raise and enhance the breasts. The Botox injections are administered into the chest muscles, causing them to relax. As a result, your back muscles compensate for these weaker muscles, hence making the breasts appear higher and perkier. The results last for three to four months.
However, it is important to take note that the Food and Drug Administration has not yet approved the use of Botox as an alternative to breast lifts since there are not enough studies showing the long-term risks and side-effects of this treatment.
There are many breast enhancing creams in the market today, all promising to firm up your breasts without the risks associated with a surgical breast lift. However, they only enhance the outer layer of the skin, plus they also work a lot slower compared to other non-surgical breast lift alternatives. Although they moisturize your breasts and help make your skin feel younger and softer, they will never be able to reposition and lift your breast tissues.
You can do some chest exercises to strengthen your chest muscles and firm up breast tissue. Examples of these are push-ups and dumbbell presses. If you frequently go to the gym, you can try using the butterfly machine as it is designed to tone your chest area.
But even though these exercises can correct poor posture and give your breasts a slight lift, they cannot address damaged tissue or eliminate excess skin like a breast lift does. Chest exercises are a great alternative for a breast lift only if you have good skin elasticity and only want a slight lift. If your breast sagging is more pronounced, these may not help as much.
A new bra
Many experts agree that a well-fitted bra is the most effective non-invasive way to instantly lift your breasts. Aside from enhancing the appearance of your breasts, it can also reduce discomfort because it properly supports your breast tissues. When your bust does not have proper support, the connective tissues can become weak and damaged, leading to more breast sagging as you get older. Thus, a new properly fitting bra can have long-term health benefits for your breasts.
